The aims and objects of Pakistan Mixed Martial Arts Federation shall be:

• To foster and develop Mixed Martial Arts along with its high ideals and ensure observance of the constitution of PMMAF
• To encourage, promote, control and assist in the development of Mixed Martial Arts in Pakistan
• To instill in the youth the qualities of discipline, courage, self-reliance, honesty, tolerance and likewise virtues
• To hold the National and International Championships, Training Courses and any other tournaments when required
• To arrange and encourage systematic training of Mixed Martial Arts persons, coaches and administrators in Pakistan and to assist them for further training within the country and abroad
• To communicate with Province Mixed Martial Arts Associations, governmental bodies, international Mixed Martial Arts Federations, international & national Mixed Martial Arts Leagues and all Mixed Martial Arts related combats Sports Federations when required
• To take action to adopt and implement the world anti-doping code and respect all the rules and responsibilities those are listed within the world anti-doping code
• To encourage and induct women participation in Mixed Martial Arts and management structure as per PMMAF directive
• To take disciplinary action against any member unit for misbehavior of its athletes/ officials for any undesirable activity, bringing discredit to the country and Mixed Martial Arts or violating the PMMAF charter
• To do all acts and thins necessary and proper to carry out the aims and objects of the Pakistan Amateur Mixed Martial Arts Association
