Trials of Islamabad MMA Association National Championship

The highly anticipated trials for the Islamabad MMA Association National Championship took place today at the Amir Khan Boxing Hall, showcasing some of the most talented mixed martial artists from across the region. The event marked a significant step in selecting the finest fighters who will represent Islamabad in the upcoming national championship.

The trials were graced by the presence of key figures from the MMA community, including:

  • President Islamabad MMA Association – Babar Qayyum Raja
  • General Secretary – Usama Mehboob Awan
  • Director of Operations – Owais Shah

Their presence underscored the importance of the trials and the association’s commitment to promoting MMA at the grassroots level.

The trials featured intense sparring sessions, grappling matches, and striking drills, with fighters competing across various weight categories. Coaches and selectors closely monitored the participants, evaluating their skills, endurance, and fighting spirit.
